Final Pretrial Order Schedule
I am the author of the new automated Equitable Distribution Final Pretrial Order schedule spreadsheet. This is the temporary home for the spreadsheet until it becomes finalized. At that time it will become an official CCF form.
I am scheduled for 3 training sessions in March and April, which will be held inside the new courthouse. Please check back here or contact the Trial Court Administrator's office for details. I will also be available for private training at larger firms.
Some important notes:
Set Macro Security to Medium for Excel 2003 before beginning.
The spreadsheet was written in Excel 2003. It works with 2007, but has not been tested with other earlier versions. The PTO menu will be found under Add-ins in 2007.
A lot of work has gone into the automation of this form. You must use the PTO menu, which appears to the right of "Help", for things to work properly. In particular, you must add lines with the menu. If you do not print from this menu, your headers and numbering will be wrong.
The support for tracking changes in Excel is poor when compared to Word. I am investigating ways to automate this task.
If your browser opens the spreadsheet or instructions directly from here, please begin by using the "Save As" command to save it to your local drive. (Do not worry, you cannot save changes back to the web site)
I work for the US government. My consulting work is done outside of my regular hours. Please do not call me or expect to respond to emails during the hours of 8:00 and 4:30 pm.

Version revision notes:
1.2: I changed Insert PTO Row logic to ensure that user is on a row before the insert begins. Shortcuts created for insert and print macros. Print macro made more informative. Added ResetAll. Removed example data.
1.1 is an important update. It fixes problems with removing subtotals, and some issues with the insert rows macro.
